Overview:
The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensure quality standards, manage site teams, and support project completion within timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction work and ensure projects follow plans and specifications
- Coordinate site operations, workers, and subcontractors
- Prepare daily reports and maintain project documentation
- Ensure safety standards and compliance on-site
- Assist with material planning and site measurements
- Solve technical issues and support project managers
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years experience in construction sites
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
